I have been trying to find VPNs that I can use for my computer although I am unsure if they are safe or not. Are there any VPNs that you would recommend?
Proton free VPN. Just don’t torrent with it as it turns off when torrenting. No logs though. Safe for browsing and general internet use.
Cloudflare also has WARP. You can use it with torrent clients but they log your IP and system info for 2 years in case you do anything illegal.
If you really want a safe VPN you gotta pay.
Free VPN isn’t the safest way to go.
If you want a real good VPN without logging, normal speeds, options etc, you need a payed service.
I use Windscribe and the data limit doesnt concern me.
Windscribe. 10GB free data / month (15gb if you tweet about them). One of the safest VPNs. have been using for a fairly long time.
Don’t use a free VPN, just go with Mullvad $5/month

Pay for a VPN like Mullvad
I’m using 1.1.1.1 but I won’t recommend it if you want to hide or change your IP address. It’s good for hide your activity to your ISP though.
Can give protonvpn a go, although I don’t really recommend using a free VPN.

Mullvard also good but they removed port forwarding.
Windscribe is free. You only get like 10-15GB month on the free account. A year is $69. Been using that for years

Warp is indeed a VPN.
It doesn’t guarantee anonymity however.
