Stay away from free VPN, they either are very bad and slow or they harvest your data. There are some good options in the FAQ. I would recommend Torguard if you’re trying to unblock the Japan Netflix.

Thanks for the warning I’m new to vpns and I had no idea free vpn’s could be so malicious. I think I’ll look into getting more vpn because it’s cheap. Does it work with the different Netflix regions.
Its just not a very good VPN overall. Even with the paid plan its still slow and doesn’t work well with Netflix. I think all the free users are affecting the speed
Personally I use ExpressVPN, they’re a bit expensive, like $120 for 15 months, but it’s very easy to use, and always updating their servers to get passed Netflix recognition software.
