If I can pretend I live in Europe and watch my NFL games on a TV instead of on a computer and using an annoying HDMI to Ethernet to HDMI adaptor to use my TV as a computer monitor I’m sold.

DNS based apps work well for my AppleTV - relatively issue free for years. Unlocator DNS and SmartDNS
Great news. I’m currently having to switch between my home router and VPN router whenever I want to access geo restricted content. An app would make it a little bit easier.
If you don’t own a VPN compatible router, it’s a good investment if you want VPN access on any device regardless.

I just updated to latest beta version of tvOS 17 on my Apple TV (A1625) but I’m not seeing several of the new features including VPN inside Settings > General. Is it only that the latest model of Apple TV getting VPN?

Trying to use a VPN on my ipad to watch local hockey games on ESPN+, the espn app will simply block any video saying I need to be off a VPN to use video features. Netflix would prob do the same thing.
What would be the best way to use a vpn to do this?
Unifi needs to release WiFiman for Apple TV asap so I can Unifi Teleport (VPN) back to my parents household where the Netflix is registered.
