Are all VPNs pretty much dead now for streaming Netflix?

Netflix has apparently started caring a lot more about VPNs lately, so it’s a crapshoot at best right now.

US locations are generally fine. Anywhere else is pretty hard right now.
I used NordVPN for Norwegian Netflix Saturday, and for US Netflix Wednesday or Thursday last.
I have wondered why Netflix is so tight-assed about VPN streaming. After all, if I’m going to settle in to watch Netflix tonight, what does it really matter to them if I want to watch a Korean drama series on Netflix?
But it just occurred to me: Netflix just hiked its prices again. A number of people have decided: “Ok, then, I guess I’ll go back to pirating content for free.”
Of course, the safer way to pirate is with a VPN. If you ALREADY HAVE a VPN, it’s just a matter of installing a freeware torrent client (takes only a couple of minutes). So if you have a VPN, you’re just a couple of minutes away from ditching Netflix with minimal effort.
So maybe Netflix sees VPNs as a “gateway drug” to getting free content and ditching Netflix. They worry that if you install a VPN to get a British Netflix comedy series, you’ve inadvertently got Netflix by the balls.
Recently tried using NordVPN to watch Spectacular Spider-Man from the US, procuring into the UK, Canada and Australia where it’s available. In each case I was able to watch one or two episodes before Netflix cottoned on and blocked me out. Got about 7 episodes in when it stopped working completely, and this was over the course of 3 days.
So does it work? Maybe, but it’s very inconsistent and annoying
I have Express VPN on my firestick, since I already have a subscription. And it was working fine until 2 days ago. Now, it starts to connect, then I get a “NW-4-7” error. I’m in North America, btw.
WeVPN still works. Not on android devices till next week; maintenance. I’ve watched four films from US catalog with them. I was gifted the subscription to weVPN. I wouldn’t bother paying for another vpn; just for Netflix. It’s to much hassle.

Not necessarily. WeVPN is showing some consistancy according to everyone.
Nord also seems to be getting its act together, at least for me. Works for US and most of Asia (especially South Korea). This might just be a fluke, but in the past it only showed Netflix originals.
I have a lot of issues with Nord, but gotta give them credit for this one.
Private internet access worked for me last night with Jpn netflix
ExpressVPN works for me flawlessly with all US apps here in Germany. WeVPN also “works” but I found the speeds to be a bit hit and miss on WeVPN and I couldn’t use the NBC Sport app reliably with it.
Anyone able to get Filipino Netflix working?
Wevpn works ok. Sometimes maybe good sometimes maybe shit.
Zenmate VPN working fine with the streaming servers dedicated section.
The easiest way is to use hola Browser ist’s free and works fine
I can still access several regions like US, CA, FR, UK with Nord. However, it does require some work like changing servers and using incognito mode. There’s a post about it here
