It’s a VPN but they also have built in “obfuscation” if you need that.
And I think “obfuscation” refers to DPI bypass.

Yeah most VPNs are on now. But when they were really restricted like strong restriction, Even stealth mode wasn’t working.
If they decide to block again, Proton wont work in stealth mode.
Express farig hai. Dont use that!
Try NordVPN or SurfShark, they wont disappoint you.
I am saying this because I personally use SurfShark and I know a friend of mine who uses Nord.
Get Surfshark instead. 2y + 4m for ~$50
Might make a guide or something and share it. I’m stuck here for a month on vacation and they just killed my paid vpn (pia).
All VPNs are just EC2 instances running on AWS. You get its IP, set it up on your phone or device to tunnel or even proxy your connections (manually).
I created one with EC2 configured with openvpn. Have been using it for the past 1 year and it stopped working.
Why did it stop working? 
I was thinking of AWS Free credit or Oracle free tier to start first.
ALMOST none are working, that is on ptcl and mobile data. Almost all of them are working on stormfiber. I am gonna dm you the ones that are still working on ptcl and mobile data.
I may be wrong but what i think has happened is they tried their goddamn best to block every single vpn for every single user and isp, and they almost succeeded to block most of the vpns on ptcl and mobile data, but they couldn’t block vpns on stormfiber. That MAY have been what caused them to extend the deadline.
it’s not that it may or may not be forced, I can assure you one thing, banning access to all vpns is not possible. Other countries facilitate the e-commerce sector and our illegitimate government and establishment are trying their best to cut off Pakistani public from outside world, So they can brainwash us.
How to change protocol?
Yea… 20 to 30 billion, i dont even know if that is monthly expense or a one time payout… either way country is already debt ridden, and they are making our own lives miserable by using OUR freaking money. This country has become so pathetic its almost funny.
I have also been using it since years… that’s not the point, point is they had the deadline for blocking vpns TODAY. And they are already succeeding to such an extent that countless people like me have lost ALL access to vpn. Period.
Thats much better than 150 usd
