for browsing ssh with -D is enough i think, why whole vpn for that? Set in browser’s setting “Socks 127.0.0.1:some_port” usually not problem. but it depends what must convinient to use with client, of course

That’s true, but as long as it’s paid then their entire revenue comes from that one promise. If word gets out that they actually do keep logs, they’d lose a lot of money really quickly. As long as they won’t get into legal trouble by not keeping logs in the countries they operate, there are really no reasons for them to keep logs.

NordVPN have been audited, as another poster mentioned. PIA have been twice subpoenaed by the FBI and produced nothing in court.

Same. But I use both openvpn for ssh implementation and nordvpn for masking.

I have a static for nord though and a pi for my ssh server
