Browser plugin or native application

Just wanted some thoughts on what people run while using surfshark? do you run the browser plugin or the native app on windows/macos/linux?

Any thoughts if one is better to use? I mean, i dont download anything from my PC. I have a server that handles all of that. So i am asking without that on the table.
