Nope. I have to use Xcode on my Mac to run a script and change my phone’s location to exact coordinates. It’s the only way I’ve found to bypass this.

Android emulator works. Last time I used it though it was stuck on a location so they may have blocked it also

I have found a way to be able to contact people from other geographical areas, without having to pay the subscription and avoiding being blocked for using GPS applications.

You will need an app like Fake GPS.

  1. On Grindr, use the Explore option to navigate to the location of your choice.

  2. On your phone, go to Settings, Apps, and under Permissions, deny Location access on Grindr.

  3. Go to Fake GPS or similar app and activate a fake location (it doesn’t matter which one)

  4. Go back to Grindr, it will ask you to allow access to the location, accept.

You will notice that the application is unable to load your current location and has remained showing you the profiles that appeared in Explore.

In addition, you will be able to view many more profiles than usual (without paying Xtra)

Nope, dev mode spoofing is definitely working. Requires custom xcode script to change location or software (usually pokémon go software). I use iMyFone iAnyTo. Easily lets me browse in my schools town while I’m home on break, yada yada.

iMyFone AnyTo uses the same method (assuming it’s dev mode) but is much more user friendly if you’re willing to spend the $15 a month. Cheaper than xtra lol
