To be exact, speed of light would give 46 ping between Berlin and Chicago. That’s assuming the shortest (surface) route and zero lag.

But I think it is not possible to play with that ping from EU because of the speeds at which the information is send and send back to play on the NA server. So if you bought the hype you were ill informed (or I am about my “facts”).
