Only worthwhile one I know of is ProtonVPN, though it has limited server locations for free users and the speeds will be slower.
Windscribe is the only free VPN I recommend. Not sure if the free version will fool D+ though.
Opera browser comes with a free built-in VPN.
the best one for free is BrightVPN, works on windows and extension for browsers (chrome / firefox and opera). i use also mysteriumVPN but it is not free it is a crypto token called MYST, it cost like 10 MYST = 3.3 usd, it is very cheap one actually. this are the vpns i use
