So , i’m now in china and i want to play ffxiv i’m sure there will be lag because i played WoW there and there was some lag , anyway … i wan’t to buy a vpn ,to reduce the ping for me in (odin server)

You might be better off asking in Chinese sites, considering the majority of us here would not have had any experience living in China. We wouldn’t know what works and what doesn’t.
PureVPN isn’t good for China, slow to connect and servers always drop. And those servers aren’t optimized for gaming so you will still get packetloss and ping spikes.
(in general, VPNs to bypass the GreatFirewall aren’t for gaming).
I use the Chinese-equivalent of WTFast/pingzapper/battleping.

Another option is a Korean-based game vpn, Mudfish: http://mudfish.net/
Also works well from China.
Im using witopia and it works, but i still get enough lag at night, that extreme fights and high end raids are impossible. everything else is ok. In the morning however, most days would be ok for raiding.

But the upper tier (middle) one may be better for you since your server is EU/NA. (50mo/128qtr/419year) - The most expensive option is for Overseas Chinese-players connecting to China-games, so that is irrelevant for most of us.

You need to either use: China-bank card(debit/credit) or Alipay. There’s an option for timecards, but I’m not sure where to buy those…perhaps Taobao.
Once you get the account/payment out of the way, the software is pretty intuitive. But lmk if you have trouble adding the game.
