Been trying to load the game for a few times now, but I can’t seem to get pass the loading screen (with the loading bar).
One interesting thing to note is that the loading bar always stops at the exact same spot every single time I try to load the game.
I have tried clearing browser cache as what a previous similar post have stated, but to no avail.
The mobile version works fine, interestingly enough.
Try using a different browser? Or VPNs?
Off the top of my head: try VPN, try cookie method of connection, completely flush your browser (not just cache), change your system time to JST, reset your router.
Happening to me as well…probably ISP issue. I used tunnelbear, VPN to Japan and it works.
Edit: You can use VPN to get pass the loading screen, and turn it off afterwards.
Note: I’m using VPN Gate and KC3 to play Kancolle
Apparently, some Japanese connections on VPN Gate does not work, while only a few others work. Probably ISP issues.
Tried doing them, still having the same problem.
I’ve tried doing all of the above but can’t seem to connect to the game. As it stands, only mobile version works.
Update: I’ve tried using different browsers, VPNs and other methods and still doesn’t work. Besides that, I’ve also tried playing other japan-only dmm games and got a different error instead:

This also appears for Kancolle for different browsers
Have you tried poi? I’m assuming you are using KC3, but poi is a good alternative.
It’s a region block. Looks like you didn’t bypass it with VPN or cookie method. Check the wiki and make sure you properly do every step.
