How does the top players getting lobbies around 0,9-1,2?

Looking at the Top Players and streamers on WZ tracker and their lobbies, whilst comparing mine just does not make sense.

For example - yesterday I played with my Friends in Quads - average KD of 1.0 And our lobbies yesterday were around 1,1-1,2.

Just looked at some top players with 3-5 in kd and their lobbies have a lower average Kd than ours.
One streamer played Trios, his teams KD were 5,5, 5,0 and 4,3 out of 7 games three were below 1,0. Two were 1,08 and reamining two were 1,2.

How is this even possible?

Before people scream “VPN!!!”, there are two factors that can affect the quality of lobbies.

The most important point is the time of day. When were these streamers playing? Playing in the morning or during a working day will ALWAYS give you substantially easier lobbies than playing in the evening of a weekday or on the weekend. I have a 2.2KD - if I play in the morning, my lobbies average between 0.9 - 1.1KD; if I play in the evening, they average 1.1 - 1.3KD.

The other factor is location. It’s commonly acknowledged that certain regions get easier lobbies. Canadian lobbies, for example, are notorious for being easier than EU lobbies.

Streamers play all day - it’s their job. So if you’re comparing your evening lobbies with the 10am lobbies of a streamer, that’s probably why they’re getting easier games.

Finally, there’s a cap in terms of how difficult a lobby can be depending on your KD etc. I think that once you get to around 1.1-1.2KD, the lobbies that you’re put in stop getting more difficult because there are no longer enough players at that level or higher to keep you in your own separate lobbies. As I said above, my KD is 2.2, and I sometimes get players with 0.5-0.7KDs in my lobbies. These players should never normally be in my lobbies, but SBMM is failing due to a decreased playerbase.

Not sure but if this question gets asked once a day maybe eventually it will get answered

1.1 -1.2 lobbies are the diamond lobbiest. Whenever I see lobby over 1.3, there is a xheater in it with 18kd. So any streamer you see with moatl 1+ kd lobbies, that is normal. Howrver, bot lobbies are around 0.65 to 0.8. Anything above that average and 1.1-1.2 are probably as hard as it gets.

Play 70 hours in a week than compare.

After i played in a VPN lobby i can totally see how content creators use a vpn. Its the same vibe. No third party, no risk in running in the open, etc

1.2 kd lobby is basically what everyone gets into if you are 1+KD.

Since most players are below a 1.0 K/D lobbies rarely go above a 1.2. So even if you have an 8.0 KD. There will never be a 8.0 lobby to put you in. Highest I have personally seen is a 1.6.

One thing to note too. You may notice top streamers will have 1.2 lobbies that seem like bot lobbies. This is because their KD (especially if it’s a full squad) is driving that number up.

Same can happen when you have a cheater with 30 KD or something ridiculous.

0,9 is too high. They get 0.7 regularly as well. Don’t listen to fanboys or streamers explaining it. Players with kid from 1 to 2 playing squad made a comparison with symphunny lobbies. They played at the same location, same time of a day when he was online as well. He was getting bronze lobbies (0,9 kd and lower) over and over again. While they were getting diamond lobbies and lowest they’ve seen was gold lobby.

There are vpns out there that break skill based matchmaking. You still connect to closest server but you are treated as a player who couldn’t find a game so sbmm is being taken away so you can find match quicker.

Of course there is also whitelist that was said can be used to put people on it in certain lobbies. Which one is the case or maybe both we can’t tell for sure but some streamers were caught using VPN for bot lobbies even during tournaments. One of them, a prick called expel even admitted to it and tries to justify going to bot lobbies for content.

It’s not a coincidence. If there are enough players to get 1,2kd player a diamond lobby then it should give diamond lobbies to 5kd players even more. That’s how sbmm works when it’s not being fucked with like those streamers regularly do. If they had to play in sbmm lobbies like everyone else I guarantee that getting 40-50 kills would be barely ever seen. Instead you have some streamers posting 50+ kill games nearly every day.xd

It’s possible the more you play the more they reward you with those lobbies to keep you happy :joy: they do similar crap with the bundles

A few things from my perspective, 1.2 kd average is a decent lobby considering the average player is just below 1.0 , that being said when you’re looking at a lobby with Ayden and the boys in quads, their teams average KD is above 4.0 or higher. Meanwhile the lobby is at 1.0 or below and you can’t forget that their teams KD average is a massive outlier compared to the rest of the teams that is pulling the average higher than it is represented as. The lobby without them would go from 1.0 down to 0.7

As others have said I think a lot of it comes down to the fact there aren’t enough high kd players to match them with only player’s of their skill level.

I’m constantly put in lobbies with lots of players over 2kd that if sbmm was a thing should not be in there if sbmm worked as it should. But annoying as it means I’ll never get a win against them, but I’m hoping the new map and anti-cheat brings all the casuals back and will help balance the matchmaking.

It is suspicious for sure but I don’t think most of them VPN. I play all hours of the day and I end up in lobbies around a 1KD in the morning hours. By about 3-4pm Eastern, the lobbies start getting more difficult. Night time lobbies are definitely more difficult as well. Here is the big difference though: I play mostly solos and duos. Streamers usually have a crew and play trios or quads. I think most people playing early are the same as me. Those that play trios and quads likely don’t have a crew they play regularly with like the streamers. Also it isn’t like they don’t die while dropping 30 bombs. They do but they are good about always having money to buy back.

Icemanissaac did a whole video on this ten days ago. All of your answers are here: the myths, the rumors, the ways that actually work. https://youtu.be/wq_7BwPFuSc

IceManIsaac has a video on that topic

How is there a post like every other day?

top streamers and content creators are whitelisted, they either get easier lobbies or are even forgiven for hacks. Jgod used unlocktool and I haven’t seen his account banned yet.

If you buy skins it puts you in easy lobbies
