for the life of me i can never get my vpn to work (i live off campus so i basically need it to access everything). i have everything downloaded, exit and reload the page, etc etc & it refuses to work for my browser. anyway to fix this?
Try switching to a different browser
Have you tried using Google Chrome? If you’re using edge, sometimes the vpn doesn’t always does what you want. You mentioned accessing your work and the need to download it. you don’t need a vpn for that. the VPN is useful for accessint the library database and articles

sorry for the confusion, i meant downloading the vpn software & accessing the resources to do my work (like research vids and library stuff), i do use chrome so ill prob just have to go to IT
oh for that I think you should do it on school wifi. at least I did it on school wifi and i had no issues. Other wise call oit
