( i cant even get on the support website )

It seems like your network has blocked protonvpn.com (used for the website) or protonvpn.ch (used for API access).

You can however still download ProtonVPN by doing the following:

  1. Download the latest release from GitHub. I assume this wouldn’t be blocked. → https://github.com/ProtonVPN/ios-mac-app/releases/tag/mac%2F3.0.13 for the Mac and https://github.com/ProtonVPN/win-app/releases for the Windows version of the app.
  2. If GitHub is also blocked then email [email protected] and tell them your specific situation and they should forward you the app installation file. (This could take a day or two).

Now, once you are done installing ProtonVPN on your laptop, simply try to connect. Try enabling alternative routing since it works to connect your laptop to ProtonVPN even in situations where access is blocked.

Further, if in this case you were using your Work Laptop or Work WiFi it could be your employer has blocked access to ProtonVPN and in this case you will need to confirm if using ProtonVPN for that matter is legal and ok. If it’s your personal laptop or home wifi then no worries.

Also after logging in if it doesn’t work then try manually using Stealth or a TCP connection (WireGuard or OpenVPN).

If you are not able to even login then email the ProtonVPN team at the email above and they should get it sorted out hopefully.

Works on my laptop (Windows based), and has for years. I’ve no idea why it isn’t working for you. sorry

That would likely be policy settings initiated by your company. Even if you were successful, I would imagine that there is also a policy preventing new network interfaces from being created.
