Try logging in through incognito mode. Worked for me

this will happen me randomly and it’s infuriating, sometimes incognito or clicking log out and then logging back in works but not always

I called OIT and they sad many people are having this issue and theyre looking into it

Welcome to hell. This problem developed for me about 4 months ago and tech support can’t truly help. What makes it work is if you get the uci VPN on your pc.

Every time you restart your pc you’ll need to restart the vpn. And since the VPN also uses uci login, you probably need to use a workaround that involves using the “full classic” login in Cisco and using the special pass “push”.

Also you can do the same thing on your phone.
