So my tmobile plan gives me a McAfee protection package for my phone and it seems to work well. I keep on seeing people say it delete files that aren’t viruses and is a pop-up app and what not but I am not seeing any of that. Is it worth getting for the better protection on pc with the plan?
For Android? Most of the AV apps perform pretty similarly, so if you’re happy with it then by all means stick with it (just don’t get roped into paying for it in a years time).
How do u know McAfee subscription was included, how can you view the subscription bill or view it as an add on?
I installed it on my computer because it comes included in my tmobile plan and yes it is android.
Ah, on a PC I wouldn’t use it, even if it is free for the first year. Just stick with a decent free AV like Kaspersky Security Cloud Free.
It’s not a free trial, it’s a package that comes with everything for as long as I have my tmobile plan, I’m not paying anything extra.
Any time I’ve seen an offer like that, it’s a for a year, not for as long as you keep your plan. That aside though, I’d still suggest switching.
