OpenVPN has worked really well since I first started using it months ago. However in the last 48 hours I haven’t been able to connect. I was wondering if this was a known problem happening in Russia, where VPNs are being actively blocked, or it’s just on my side and I should reinstall etc.

The way to troubleshoot the error:
Connect your OpenVPN from a foreign country, such as a Linux VPS or Windows Server ruining in the USA. If the connection from the USA works well, it would mean Russia block your VPN.
Russia is actively blocking VPN so yeah.
open vpn over cloack works for me on my private VPS server

How did you implement Cloak?
I use “amnezia”. It olready has this one implementation.
Ah yeah, I tried setting it up yesterday. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t connect. I’ve been on the Telegram channel for help, but so far not so good.
I tried to change cloak settings: server settings - protocols - cloak settings. I change “chiper” parametr. As the result it works on pc with connections by MGTS
