Hello, I’m new to using this service and I’m experiencing an error when logging in that says “Login temporarily not permitted from your connection for security reasons, please try again later. Using a VPN may cause this error.”
I’m not the account holder, it’s my father who lives in the same house and uses the same internet connection. Please help! (I’m aware that support is an option but I feel reddit is faster.)

You can try a different server — there are usually quite a few suitable options depending on what country you’re in; you could even try other countries as well
But at the end of the day, whatever service you’re trying to connect to could be blocking all VPN connections. All you can really do is try and find a server that isn’t blocked
