I have the Disney+/Hulu bundle, Disney+ works fine and I got an email to activate my Hulu Account so I decided to do that. As I tried logging in, it sent a 6 digit code verification to my email. But when I entered it CORRECTLY, it kept saying “Doesn’t look quite right. Try again?” And I tried sending the code multiple types and entering them correctly, SAME result. Is anyone else having this issue???

I’m having trouble signing in to Hulu on my laptop (have always done in the past). I can sign in on my android tablet and smart phone, but not the laptop. I have cleared the cache, reset the password, rebooted the laptop and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Is the site down or something? Trying to sign up and it says I can login since I had Disney+. But it keeps going to blank pages or constantly reloading. I saw this post and have kept refreshing the page, but nothing has helped.

ESPN+ app giving me a “not included in your Hulu subscription” when I try to connect, but I have the trio bundle that very much does include ESPN+. Any tips?

Trying to watch Killer Lies, the new documentary that came out. I got sucked into the first episode, and it’s 1/2 in French so subtitles are a must. The second episode has all the English subtitles working fine, but none of the French. I’ve done all the normal stuff - restarting, turning off the subtitles and back on, trying “automatic”, etc. If I go back to the first episode, they work fine again, so it’s just that one (and maybe the third episode too, not sure). Super bummed, I assume they’ll hear about it and fix it?

Was thinking of switch from Netflix to Hulu and was wondering how the catalog is and how their policy on watching works? Can I watch in one location and have my family member watch in another?

My bundles have me confused and I think I am either double paying or over paying. I have a $99 yearly Max plan and a $75 monthly Hulu Live plan with D+. I want to keep Live and go ad free on Max. What’s my best option?

Does anyone know how to get the recordings tab to show up on IPad ? It’s working fine on iPhone and AppleTv. Same as the live, it works on iPad but only the channel I last used ( a week ago ).

I’m at my wits end, folks. Five weeks ago, I watched hulu in the evening, turned off my TV and went to bed. The next evening, I booted up Hulu again to continue my binge watching, but got the dreaded P-DEV313 (sometimes 314) error code. I have not been able to use it since. Here’s what I’ve found:
-This only happens when I’m connected to my home wifi. Using data services or being connected to another wifi allows me to watch
-This happens on all devices (tablet, phone, laptop, TV native app and chromecast)
-I have rebooted my TV, my router, completely reset my wifi
-I have called Verizon to confirm there are no network related issues
-I am not running any kind of VPN or ad blocker on my TV/Tablet/Phone (Hulu at one point did upgrade me to commercial free but that did not help the issue)
-I even tried creating a new account in an incognito browser and that didn’t work either
-I am also unable to use Disney+ (I have a bundle of Hulu/ESPN/Disney through my cell phone provider, also Verizon)

I have chatted and called Hulu probably a dozen times at this point and they are all useless. I get a bunch of platitudes and canned responses telling me to unplug my modem, log out of the app, etc. Then I get “oh well we do have this issue, it’s a known issue, and we don’t know when it will be fixed”

Does anyone here have ANY CLUE how I can fix this? Everything that google has shown me doesn’t work.

I am consistently getting the “trouble loading” only on my TV.

I have ad-free Hulu. I use a Samsung TV . I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the TV. From what I can see, there isn’t a way to clear cache with my tv model.

I’ve tried watching Capote vs The Swans but Hulu keeps going off every 8 minutes.

I have Hulu with Live TV and it has been working fine until today. For some reason, Live TV stuff isn’t being detected correctly for surround mode by my receiver. Everything else appears to be working fine for it, things on Netflix, Apple, Plex, and even things in Hulu so long as it isn’t live TV or from the Recordings section.

I have an LG either B9 or C8 and an Onkyo TX-NR676. Firmware for the TV hasn’t changed in at least 6 months and for the receiver the firmware was just updated over the weekend but Live TV and Recordings have been watched many times since then. I have done a full unplug for 2 minutes, which is about as close to a proper reboot as I can seem to find for either device.

Hulu keeps crashing on my Switch after a specific commercial shows up. Every single time the ad for the new Zelda game comes on, I see the ad screen for about a split second and then Hulu shuts down with “the software was closed because an error occurred” and that’s it. No error code, just that message.

It doesn’t matter what I try to watch, I tried five different shows/movies. It shuts down at that same ad every single time, and the ad is insanely popular so it’s on every commercial break. Once Hulu shuts down the furst time, I can’t watch that show anymore-- resuming the show just resumes at the point immediately before the ad break and if I skip forward I get an ad break anyway and there’s that commercial and immediate shutdown.

So basically I can watch a show until the first time the Zelda commercial plays, which is usually the first ad break, and that’s it. Any point after that and the same ad break comes on and immediately crashes the app.

It’s only that specific commercial too, it’s not the “choose an experience” type of ad in general. On attempt #3 and the 3rd different show, that particular ad wasn’t in the first ad break. It showed a different choose your own adventure ad that didn’t have trouble. But the 2nd ad break had the Zelda commercial and it crashed.

I’ve tried resetting the Switch. I’ve tried updating the software (it didn’t need an update). I even tried deleting the app completely and reinstalling. I don’t know what else to do. Right now I cannot use Hulu at all because that stupid ad is everywhere and I can’t get past it.

Is this happening to anyone else? Any idea on what else to try? I don’t have a Roku or anything like that, and I’m just not interested in trying to watch shows on a microscopic little phone screen.

is anyone else’s hulu displaying the wrong show in continue watching? I was watching adventure time, not TAWOG.

Hi I pay for Hulu (No Ads) but I still get many ads on many including King of the Hill and Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Not sure what to do; it is quite frustrating. TYIA

I’d like to keep the Hulu window on top in my browser while I view other pages. Any tips on how to do that? Right now when I go to look at another page Hulu disappears. Very frustrating.

Sometimes I will be watching a TV show and with about 10 minutes left in the episode, it just cuts out and then starts loading the next episode. Does this happen to anyone else?

I have the Max/Disney/Hulu new bundle. i can log into Max and disney app with my plan login info, but not the Hulu app, what gives??? it says incorrect password or email and i am using the same info i used to login to max and disney

I usually watch Hulu on our Apple TV. After the subscription increase notification, the app started acting like the ad-supported version but on the web it’s still ad-free. Anyone run into this also? If so, were you able to resolve it?
