Most of you all are gonna say 10 year bans are done by the codm team and that is right.
I live in Iran and internet does not support codm so I had to use a vpn. I know using a vpn is forbidden but I had no other choice. I did not even use that vpn to change my battlepass region (you can check it on my profile tab. My region is north america because I started playing in season 3 chapter 1)
I didn’t have a jail broken device and wasn’t using any third party app throughout the nearly 3 years of my playing.
I know this account is a bad account in terms of items but it really means a lot to me.
I had atleast 1 epic blueprint for every weapon. I was gonna become legendary in MP for the second time (thanks to bots because I’m not good at MP)
I only had around 650 cp but that was enough for the battlepass.

Where did you purchase cod points while using the vpn? I have assume Iran and you purchased North American points. That right there would be the issue.
10 year ban cannot be undone. The thing about 3rd party CP stores is that, they offer prices that are too good to be true. People get lured to these due to the price and get banned. It’s unfortunate but that’s exactly what happened to you.

It’s the countries fault and VPNs should be allowed under these circumstances.
However, if there is clear guidelines that say if you do this; it’s a violation and you can be banned. The warning was there, you just did it anyways.
I go to a concert. Concert ban backpacks. I sneak in with a backpack anyways. I get kicked out when they find me, but I only was carrying a backpack for my medical equipment. Doesn’t matter. I intentionally broke the rules because I felt my justification was warranted. Even though it was for a good reason, doesn’t change the fact I broke the rules and I’m not allowed back in.

i spent almost 700 bucks on a different game called warframe and they perma banned me without warning… thankfully tho i got it appealed for 2 weeks. this hasnt happened to me on cod mobile tho, despite playing it since release. its shitty that they banned you because ive used vpns, and ive shared my account with multiple people over the years. activision probably has the worse customer service known to mankind, similar to epic games. i wish you the best of luck, but unfortunately i dont think its gonna be appealed. good luck out there broski🙏

People usually getting 10 year bans for unofficial cp purchase or being a dick in the chat, vpn ain’t the issue cos many other players using it
