Netflix on Android with VPN?

Netflix doesn’t seem to work with my on android. I know it works for me on PC (Windows) but Android keeps coming up with US content. Im not even getting an error.

Is this a known issue? Is there something more that I need to do aside from just changing my server location. I have restarted the app, logged in and out and even reinstalled the app entirely.

Specs:

NordVPN v3.12.3
OS: Android 9.0.4
Device: One+ 6
Location: US

The app is probably using your phone’s GPS to see your location.

Check if IP is leaking or geo or something is leaking at ipleak.net

Are you connected to a server that supports netflix?

It also seems like it loads some stuff from cache. You should be able to find the movie/series
If you search for the specific movie/series (if it is available in that country)

What country are you trying to log into? Many countries default to USA netflix (I’m in the UK, and log into US Netflix through servers in Belgium)

Are you in the us or are you outside but connecting to a us server?

My guess would be a DNS leak, or maybe you are connecting to a server that doesn’t support Netflix, so Nord automatically redirects you to US Netflix

I have the same issue, same server works fine on iOS and Mac, just not android “You are using proxy” error.

It doesn’t have permission to access my GPS and even if it did I spoofed it anyways.
