Hey all, I just bought an AX20 after moving into my new place and got everything set up but when I try to export the vpn configuration under vpn server after generating a certificate it will not allow me to export it. On mobile it doesn’t even show it as an option and on my desktop I see it but clicking it or hovering only yields a tiny JavaScript function box in the bottom left that says void and does nothing. I’ve sat through the “generate a certificate” page 4 times now and nothing changes it generates no issue but I can’t see it for download anywhere. I’m running the most up to date firmware.
I was having the same issue, finally worked using firefox…
On the router once the certificate is generated you can export the config file which will be downloaded as a .ovpn file.
As an extra step I open this .ovpn file into notepad and replace the IP by a DDNS linked to my router hit save.
Download and install Openvpn Client on the laptop or cellphone that you want to use then import the modified Openvpn-config.ovpn in the client of the said devices.
I’m not even able to download the config though that’s the problem. I can generate but clicking export on the config file just does nothing. No page load. No download dialog. Nothin
Reboot the router and see if it changes anything.
I’ve done this setup on 2 Router AX10 and an AX55 and didn’t face any issue.
When you enable Openvpn server make sure to hit save otherwise the router doesn’t save it as enabled.
I use Google Chrome as a browser if you use something else try an other browser see if it does the same.

I’ve got it working now miraculously sometimes. Sometimes it doesn’t. Not specific to xorg or wayland lol. Windows works normally. I had a ticket with them but haven’t heard back in a while.
