I am new to Egypt and usually use Nord vpn to work on a dedicated u.s ip. Nord vpn will not connect? Has anyone ever used Nord here and experienced this? Is there different proxy breakers that offer dedicated ips?
What platform are you using nord on ?
I had similar issues before with Kaspersky VPN on mobile only
It worked on pc but not mobile. When contacted them they said that their mobile app uses a certain protocol that is blocked in Egypt thus it won’t work.
Although they seemed to fix this issue now after nearly a year .

Contact there support and ask them
Ask for the tool they use whether they rely on openvpn or not and whether their process is banned in Egypt
I think this is more a problem related to Egypt not from nord
As it took me a nice 2-3 weeks of giving them logs and doing tests until they found what caused the issue

Test other vpns to see if something else works then you could start searching for something with static ip
Also you could buy a good vps or vpn service from a vps provider in the US to get a static ip that relays all your browsing data
