PIA is trash. Free is too expensive to allow it to live on my phone/pc.

Iām about to fully switch. Iāve used PIA for years and kept it mainly because the price was right. Smart DNS has never worked for me.
Recently Iāve been testing Express VPN on my apple tv since they are the only āreputableā option with an app. And I am thinking of switching.
Honestly I donāt mind the yearly price increase if the features were there to support it.

My problem is the PIA continually loses connections to servers and also likes to magically log out the chrome extension all the time. And I havent seen any customer support around it or any fixes offered. You want to charge more for a good product, fine but you have to make sure itās good and for me right now itās not. I did a 3 year plan and Iām regretting it every time I have to dig out my password to re login or have to wait because the server Iām connected to suddenly stops working.
Will the servers start working again? Laughable to increase prices when everyone here is noticing the service is more-or-less not functioning anymore

So PIA will no longer honor renewal prices. In the past, say you paid $89/ 3 years, then you would auto renew at the same price. This article makes it sound that all customers will auto renew at $49.99
The service and product are TOP NOTCH. Never happy with increases, but some are justified. I think it needs to end around here though. It cannot really cost too much more than thisā¦
Itās great that your offer lots of extras but what I really my is just the vpn at a great price. I donāt have unlimited devices and I use other suppliers for cloud storage. Please donāt use the promise of features I donāt need to increase the price.
This is pretty ill timed considering the fact the if anything PIAs service has been deteriorating. I cant access Disney plus, YouTube or prime video when signed into PIA and anytime I try to run a google search they hit me with an annoying are you human check. This is just the excuse i need to finally cancel PIA
