it started happening about a week ago, The app starts but when I click quick connect or even choose a server myself it gets stuck on either ‘waiting for a usable network’ or just shows connecting to but it never makes a connection. I have already tried reinstalling it, checked windows firewall but it just doesn’t seem to work please help

I would reboot your internet router, also be sure to reboot your computer. I’ve experienced this same thing before, reboots have helped considerably. If that doesn’t help, do a complete uinstall of ProtonVPN, and delete related folders, then reinstall. If none of that works, submit a report to Proton.

Same, though it’s an intermittent issue. The Windows app sucks

I believe that it is a problem with my windows update since the vpn works on both a fresh windows virtual machine and linux virtual machine running on my pc. But i saw someone comment about having similar problems on mac so im not so sure anymore
