Hello, I am in the UK and have sideloaded some apps onto an android stick for me and my family, my dad in particular likes to watch the Irish news. He has a firestick and I have an android mi box. Until two days ago, everything worked perfectly but now I am getting messages saying the content cannot be loaded or is unavailable in my region. Obviously the apps know I am in the UK and are not fooled by Surfshark’s australia, NZ or ireland servers

Is anyone experiencing anything similar? Considering I had it configured on two different android systems, I don’t think its something I am doing

Both the firestick and mi box are registered in the UK with amazon uk or google. There has never been an issue so far

I fixed this by signing out of the google account which seemed to be geolocked. As I sideloaded everything anyway, I do not need access to the play store. Just incase anyone is wondering
