We have several Windows 10 and Ubuntu desktops in my house and several android phones all using 1 account on the Mysterium VPN app. If one device has the vpn connected, the others cannot connect. Has anyone tested this? Is this a bug or a feature?
Do I need different accounts for each device. I also have PIA (PrivateInternetAccess) and we can use it all at the same time.
You can’t use the same Mysterium ID on multiple devices, basically, you can import but cannot connect multiple devices with the same Mysterium ID.
So you are saying I need a different account per device if we want to use it at the same time. Limited functionality.
Yes, it’s a limitation of the APIs with the decentralized services (in this case nanopayment)
If I have another account it will work using the same home internet?
Yes, that will work 
Or something else you could is route all your traffic through a device which is connected to the VPN, so all devices in your house are making use of the VPN.
