Works quite well for me. Easy interface for Chrome (similar to Hola if that matters to you) and relatively cheap.

I use it for Netflix. Works like a charm, and not slow at all.

You asked about reliability thought not privacy. Tunnelbear may be reliable, but if they gave a crap about your privacy, they would be on that list. So my answer is: reliable? maybe. Trustworthy? No.

I recommend the following VPN services because they have “no logging” policies, and because I have personally used each of them, in the following order of my personal preference:

Beware if you’re using iOS, TunnelBear causes intermittent problems with iMessage delivery. I contacted their support, apparently it’s a known problem but they don’t seem particularly concerned about it.

i think it works really nice but it disconnects randomly

It’s extremely slow with not very many servers. Check out NordVPN
