Ticket master. F this. I’m done
It has been happening to me for 2+ years. Called support many times and still the same. Lets me sell tickets though …
What happened to the government getting in and breaking up Ticketmaster and calling them a monopoly? Truly the worst are the resellers. I forgot about buying Billy tickets, and picked them up after on stub hub. $183 in fees on 2 tickets…
they’ll certainly miss you.
Switch to cell network, VPN or home wifi. This is stupid but it’s workable and the biggest reason you should login way before you are going to try for tickets.
I’m not defending Ticketmaster but this is their boneheaded way of fighting fraud.
Do you have a vpn on? Just turn it off
Welcome to the resistance.
Are you logged into your TM account on 2 devices?
This happens to me sometimes with an unsteady internet connection or when refreshing the page too much. Not saying this is your issue by any means but maybe
Maybe you shouldn’t have browsed unusually. /s
I get this shit all the time…I can’t stand it. I do use a VPN, but often sites do this regardless if it’s on. I think it has something to do with the way Firefox is working to block tracking for me.
Same shit happened to me buying tix 2 weeks ago to the show in Hollywood. Went to another computer. Same shit. Finally ended up ordering through my phone.
Ad blockers can cause this too
Happened to me last week. I deleted my history and cookies, then it let me in.
I agree… F TM
It’s likely a VPN. I get the same thing until I disable mine.
iCloud private relay will cause this
Please excuse if you are already aware of these troubleshooting steps:
turn off vpn(see your reply in the thread re this)- clear cache/cookies in browser settings
- try a different browser
- try a different device
If all of this fails, there is a bigger problem. Perhaps your account was flagged. In which case, simply create a new ticketmaster account.
Same thing happened to me
Would people recommend using the app on your cellphone?
Same as it always was. Tickets on the ground for face. ![]()
This happened to me and support was useless but switching from my home WiFi to my hotspot worked and then when I went back to the home WiFi later it was fine. ![]()
