Fuck Ticketbastard. They wouldn’t let me access my ticket for Sunday at Allstate in 2018 on my phone or on a computer to print it. Tried to call several times with no answer and I emailed them but they never responded. I was freaking out until my buddy said he had an extra ticket in the 100 section that I was able to snag. Better seat than I had for Friday and Saturday, and they opened with Everything’s Right and it felt fitting.

I had the flu when tickets for the west coast went on sale so I was actually able to be home and try to get tickets. I thought I was going crazy when the GA floor tickets I put in my cart kept turning into seats up in the nosebleeds when I went to check out. I’m expecting the same kinda BS for tickets on Friday, but we’ll see.
Oh yeah, AXS events can jump up their own butt as well.

From experience, they will not fix this for you. I was “suspicious” to them for about 5 years up until recently, when I moved 10 miles away lol
As others said, the only work-around is to use cell phone data. It will always happen when connected to Wi-Fi.
AXS is doing this to me right now. Can’t get into my account to access my solo Trey tickets. Called support and they said they would remove the block on my account and never did. So I have to keep calling back. So frustrating.

The new trick seems to be not using your phone on wi-fi. If you’re on Wi-Fi sometimes ticket apps aren’t working. Axs definitely is doing this.
Yup. This just started happening to me too. Only on my phone. Deleting the app and restarting every possible thing on my phone didn’t fix it.

If you are new to phish. Chances are wayyy better to get lottery tickets. Not so much with all the old school people and phish veterans. They are always trying to get the new people in to their crew and concerts. Honestly it makes sense
