Trial user total defender problem lists/review

Hi all,

I am a trial user of total security 30dags and premium VPN 7days.

Here are all the issues I have encountered:

  1. Apple private relay cannot receive validation code from BitDefender email. Avoid using Apple hide-email to register for bitDefender.

  2. Mobile security for IOS, unable to use premium VPN and Web Protection VPN together. Rendering it less effective and always prompt red alert when not using web protection for my IOS iPhone.

  3. Windows on ARM, does not have VPN and Parental Control available YET.

  4. Finicky Central remote control for your devices. Remote command sent over Central to your device just gets stucked there and still stucked to this day. Lots of BUGS.

  5. Double Hop Premium VPN only available for IOS and Android. Not on my windows or mac device, weird…

  6. Depending on the platform, the features you get differs. Not a CON but you will get less feature if you are apple user.

  7. Very SLOW premium vpn, again, might just be my ISP is already slow to begin with. Having a VPN on top makes it worse

  8. Support seems pretty good . Managed to get a hold of their live agent and got the ticket.

But overall, I am very impressed. However things could be better.

Best off with a dedicated VPN not crappy ones AVs offer

Proton, Windsribe or especially Mullvad VPN are solid picks
