Unable to edit any VPN connections within Windows

Howdy,

I have a couple VPN connections setup for testing. I realized today that I can’t edit any of them. When I click on any of the items, and then click on Advanced Options, I only get the option for Proxy Settings for this VPN connection.

I’m not getting the Connection Properties section where I should be able to click Edit and change the servername, etc. Anyone know why it might be doing this and if there’s a fix?

Control panel>Network and Sharing>Change Adapter settings>right-click VPN>Properties
