Vpn with static /dedicated ip

Hello everyone. I’d like to create my own vpn that gives me a dedicated ip from a server that’s in another country. I don’t know if it’s possible and I don’t know how to do it. I’d also like to know if there’s a free way to do it or if I need money .

I need it to access a website. They’re whitelisting ip and I don’t want to give my real ip.

I’m new to this, and I’d appreciate your help.

Are you sure that the website is really using whitelist, instead of blacklist? Cause in case of blacklist, public encrypted proxies or TOR would be enough to access such content.

If you really need an own vpn tunnel, as others mentioned, get yourself VPS/VDS server. They are usually not free, but they often come with dedicated IP.

I’d suggest Amazon AWS EC2, they used to offer free for 12 months instance, but you would pay for exceeding free-tier limits without a warning. One of these limits were amount of network traffic. IIRC they don’t charge for the IP lease (Elastic IP) as long as you have only one instance and its running. You also can’t remove payment method from AWS, so I’d suggest to use throwaway debit card.
There is also free tier in Microsoft Azure for 12 months with 750 hours of VMs. I’d assume hours count resets at the end of every mouth, like with AWS EC2.

Can’t help with the IP from another country, but have you tried accessing the website in TOR browser?

Thank you so much for the information. The owners of a website have asked me for my ip so that they can give me access to the website , that’s all it is

Thanks for the info. It’s not for movies, the owners of a website have asked me for my ip so they can add it so I can have access to the website.
