Didn’t change anything on IOS App, been 3 days:
tried uninstalling and reinstalling, downloaded the app on my other phone same issue, can’t even login to view my account
It means it can’t log you in right now.
Been like this for me too for the past few days, no idea what’s happening.
I just hit airplane mode and reconnected and I could sign in
Same issue on tvOS. Fixed by removing/ reinstalling the app.
Due to an unexpected error on their end.
So the issue was only on cellular? Based in the US? I’m thinking it might have something to do with many users wanting to use VPN to access TikTok.
