What is your preferred free VPN for Linux systems?

I know like anything else, you get what you pay for and free is almost never as good as the paid options. With that said, what is your preferred free VPN and why?

A lot of people say that all free VPNs are bad, which doesn’t really make sense. It’s true that a lot are not to be trusted but some have a business model that means you aren’t having your data harvested. Hide.me VPN for example, their paid users basically pay for the free users.

If the service is free, then you are the product. Not a good look for a VPN.

I trust free ProtonVPN, but it’s very limited in terms of servers and speed. I use paid PIA.

I like openvpn with ProtonVPN.

They recently opensourced all their apps

Today, there are a lot of discounts on paid VPN, and the cost is ridiculous. If you want to have good VPN I kindly share with you a good VPN and a discount for it.

In my experience every ‘free’ vpn had a limit on usage.

Yes, please. I hate shopping for myself. Thanks bro.
