Long-term, if you haven’t considered it already, you might want to think about using a seedbox.
As per my knowledge from networking, I would suggest UDP for streaming and torrenting.
Tcp is a bit slow because of the larger headed size but UDP is fast. So, use that

whats the benefit of a seedbox vs a port forwarded VPN where your client is force routed through your VPN as well?
It’s in the protocol selection if you have windows. But it doesn’t truly matter, wire guard or open VPN
Ah, yeah in that case a seedbox would be pointless
