What VPN can I use to watch mariners MLB.tv

I have Tmobile and excited that MLBtv is free with it but I’m frustrated I’m blacked out from watching the mariners. Is there a good VPN I could use so I can watch the mariners on my phone with mlbtv?

Been using Nord for the last 3 seasons, myself.

Unlocator on AppleTV (and many other devices supported) is working for me. No VPN necessary (though they do offer that), just need a minor DNS change.

Edit: Feel free to use my referral link https://unlocator.com/account/referrer/muHDyJ7g1hZNfyhagWUk, and I saw that `GET50` is a valid code makes 2 years of the DNS service $40 (it also works for the VPN + DNS service, and you can use it for monthly or 1 yr subs, etc). I’m not with the company in any way, just happy with how easy it was to set up.

Couple important tips. Make sure when you first log into the MLB.TV app, your VPN is already working and NOT in the blacked out zone. I use Express VPN. You also need to make sure your location settings for the app are correct and you aren’t allowing it to see your local location through gps or anything. And finally, remember this: If it goes bad, uninstall and reinstall… and it should go back to working.

Surfshark worked sporadically for 10 or so games then completely stopped working. I think mlb.tv is getting smart. Even the sketchy streaming sites detect the VPN. Good luck out there and fuck blackouts.

Any of the main ones should work. Astril, ExpressVPN, NordVPN. I’m currently using Astril and it works fine 95% of the time.

Proton (paid subscription).

I’ve had good experiences with Express VPN. Watched the Mariners in Mexico City a couple weeks ago, and whenever I travel anywhere else.

I think you need to find international waters.

Nord works great for me. Had a couple hiccups at the beginning of the year but outside of that it’s been fine for two seasons.

I just figured out recently that Google One has a built in VPN which is included with T Mobile already. Naturally Google is killing this feature because apparently nobody was using it.

I have NordVPN setup directly on my router, which enables using my smart TV to watch out of market games.

I’ve been using Nord VPN this year and just set myself to Miami and watch. It has worked great so far all season and I’d say its worth it to pay for if MLBtv is free

I’ve used Nord VPN for about 4 years, use it on my
Mobile devices or my computer. I have yet to find something that allows the VPN to cast of airplay to a TV , so I just leave it on the computer or mo I’ll Ike devices

Nice try Comcast! You can pry that info from my cold dead hands!

ExpressVPN works for me, sometimes I have to switch to Canada for it to work though.

Not sure if it will work for you, but it stopped working for me in about the same timeframe. I was using cities in the U.S., then the streams all of a sudden wouldn’t load. I switched to a different country(Australia specifically) and it’s been working for me ever since with no issues. Might be worth a try. Also don’t start the VPN until you are watching a game that’s not in a blackout for you, then turn it on and go to the mariners game.

Nord doesn’t work for me. But I’m out of market so it’s fine for 98% of games.

NordVPN is what my brother told me as well. I haven’t gotten on it yet (soon) but I spec’ this is the way

“If I had to recommend proton VPN, I absolutely would”
