Completely free VPN = you are the product, not the customer. Want a VPN so your ISP cannot sell your data, well, getting a free VPN just means your VPN provider will be selling your data.
Just an FYI, technically ANY VPN service can support any device. VPN is a protocol that uses TCP/IP. If the device has some sort of internet connection it should be able to use a VPN if the DEVICE supports it. Not the other way around. You just have to know how to configure the device to use it.
That said, you really don’t want a free VPN. They will sell your data and/or throw in ads while you are browsing/using their service.

What about the free of cost VPN’s on MS Windows and Android devices?
They either don’t exist or sell your browsing habits.
Well, I guess a possible third option is that it’s aimed at corporate use so you can remotely access a company’s VPN, which wouldn’t be useful for hiding your browsing habits. If you do want something for corporate use, talk to your companies IT staff for their approved software list.
Well frankly not for browsing something wrong, more like bypassing the office network which has blocked youtube, facebook, etc. to “improve efficiency”.
That’s usually using a proxy, not a VPN.
Also, Facebook at home, not at work.
