Currently NordVPN stopped to work on my Nvidia Shield with last update from March 31st. It recognizes VPN. There is also no update to uninstall. Mobile Hotspot with NordVPN also doesn’t work.

I don’t think it’s an issue with NordVPN. I just tested it and it works for me (on PC).
For the mobile hotspot you gonna need an app like everyproxy
