I am having teleporting and lag issues. I did the Pingtest with the SEA server and I was getting average 49ms. With google.com ping is average 3ms. My download and upload speeds are 40 Mbps. I am from India. So if I get a vpn and connect to Singapore server will the ping reduce?
These teleporting issues are really annoying as every match I just die once for no reason other than falling off the stage.

No, it will increase it. You should instead try this. Since the google.com ping is ~3ms, it has a good chance of fixing the issue.
