Won’t work if using Wireguard protocol?

I use IpVanish VPN with Apollo. It returns an error 403 when I connect using Wireguard VPN protocol. Turn off Wireguard, switch to OpenVPN and everything works as it should.
Wireguard is supposed to be faster, so that’s why I try using it…
Anyone else experience this?

The correct protocol for streaming should be OpenVPN UDP (not TCP). Wireguard is still technically in development. It constantly disconnects even when connected.

I use PIA with wireguard. It gives me a better connection speed than with openvpn.

I’ve had the same wireguard proton vpn pinned up for over 6 months on same server. This is not true. The throughput you get with wireguard is insane over openvpn.
