Hi, i am from iran i thought i should say
every time i try to log into the pc app with the license key it gives me this error
“Unable to Sign in
Please check your connection then try again.”
ive contacted support and tried searching all over the internet for a solution, NONE! ive tried changing dns, changing wifi, nothing works! please help 
It’s part of the block, wait for a new version that tries to get around it.
Have you tried connecting via Tor to ExpressVPN?
This is a known issue in Iran. ISPs are known for aggressively blocking vpn services. Aside from making sure that u are using the latest app version, try using a different network, have your device time and date updated, and change dns, you can just wait for their engineers to fix the issue

I guess Iran isn’t their primary market so they aren’t aware of it or have priority to fix it.
They do have dedicate team to fix connection in China, though for the past month they kept working but failed to catch up.
yeah i guess i get why they would work on china more, more customers
irans in a devasting state right now,i traveled here to visit family and ever since i cannot do anything right now most my stuff is remote the only vpn that works is express, and well, that isnt working rn so kinda stuck lol
Astrill works rock solid despite the past month’s crackdown, EV is probably too high profile or cared more about marketing than robustnesses.
