Good evening everyone,
I have to use a VPN for work. This has been fine for Apple Music on my Mac and iPhone (not my iPad). However, Apple Music is suddenly not working on my iPhone. Can anyone suggest a fix for this? As far as I’m aware, nothing has changed my side.

Can you play downloaded files?
Other VPN programs do the same thing.
Unless you have changed the VPN/Firewall/other protection options, finding a different VPN server and reboot helps: ie. REBOOT the computer. Then connect to a different VPN server other than usual location before starting apple music.

Does your VPN block Apple Music? Is it a private one from your work or a third party service you use?
It’s a third party - Express VPN. Apple Music was working fine with it since February, but it’s stopped working today!
Can you try switching to a different server and see if that helps?
