Can't make a student account or send in an application

When I try to make a student account using the “create an account” link, it gives me this message:

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 17131276413728464968

Also, I sent an email to the service desk and did not get a solution.

Another issue I’m having is not being able to connect with anything at the school. I tried emailing my enrollment counselor through email, but it seems to be an automated email bot. I currently cannot make phone calls due to being out of country, so this is actually frustrating and making me want to give up enrolling here.

Any and all solutions would be appreciated.

Try using a VPN for the US. I know sometimes military people outside the US have an issue getting their app submitted.

My application also does not seem to have gone through, when I log into my applicant login, the form is blank

I cannot call the numbers because I am in Korea with a Korean phone number

Then that’s your problem most likely. WGU is only open to folks living in the US (and possibly a part of Canada), with the exception of active duty military.

If you’re military, maybe see if there is some sort of alternate phone you can use? Maybe something web-based? Or maybe someone will chime in with what they did. =)

Emailing the enrollment folks is awful and generally dealing with them is less than ideal. If it helps, once you are done with them- no one else sucks anywhere near as bad.
