So for an year I had been running algo vpn on free aws. Now that my time is up I changed my aws to t3 nano based on hourly price thinking it’s the cheapest and would cost 2-3$ a month. This is a backup vpn if my main vpn does not work in some places when I travel so I only use it a few hours a month max. So I’m trying to find the cheapest way possible.
Problem is even with t3 last month my cost was about 10$ and I barely connected. This month I thought I would suspend the instance to save cost but apparently I still get charged for the elastic ip adding to similar monthly cost.
Can someone tell me what is the cheapest way to deploy algo/wire guard, preferably on aws but also open to other services.
