I have a a Google Pixel phone and trying to use Tunnelbear to go to NZ for downloading but when I open the play store it just has only the pre register option available. Can anyone give me a step by step way to download the app please.
I’ve encountered the same issue so i just downloaded it from a website and installed it through the xapks installer.
You need to make a separate NZ google account and use that to be able to download it from the Play store. If you use an APK to sideload it you won’t be able to use IAPs (unless your main google account on your phone is a NZ account).
I’m having the same problem. I did it 2 days ago on my work phone. Decided to make another account on my personal phone and couldn’t make it work. I’ve got like 5 email addresses now. So I linked my email on my account and tried to delete and reinstall, and I can’t figure it out now! Wondering I’d they changed something in the last 24hrs.
Can you message me the info? I don’t think the vpns work for Google accounts anymore
I fixed my issue by going into my phones settings and deleting all of my Google accounts from my phone. Then (with the vpn on) I made a new Google account on my phone. When I went to the play store, only my new account was there, and it worked…
Edit: did the same thing on my other phone, still didn’t work. Tried deleting accounts again and using the one that literally worked 10 min ago on my other phone and it still didn’t work.
I think it has something to do with IPv6. My phone that can’t get it shows IPV4 in NZ and IPv6 where I’m at. No idea how to fix that…
