I used VPN to buy games from Turkey and redeem In-game items codes, game codes from Argentina. I straight up told it to some of the microsoft support agents that I’ve used vpn. " since this response I am worried they are going to ban me. and so far they have not. But I’m still concerned one day they are going to ban me. the thing that scares me is that they are not even going to ban my account but the device itself - “Xbox may temporarily suspend or permanently ban devices where repeated violations occur.” I did use vpn repeatedly for some time. so what should I do?
one of support assistants suggested to me to reach to Enforcement Team but they are hard to contact I have to report an issue and supposedly it will be redirected to enforcement department. I don’t want Microsoft to ban me and I don’t want to live me life questioning if I will ever get banned. I was thinking of giving away the xbox and the account and buying new one. or should I keep my xbox and create new account. How can i be certain that my entire device won’t get banned?. I’d also would want to sell my xbox but who would by a device that could potentially be blocked. this is so unfair. I’d happily agree to remove games and in game items that I’ve purchased via vpn if that would mean security to my account but how can i arrange that. or what should i do?

short version for you: I used vpn to buy games and more for cheaper using argentina and turkey regions. and told microsoft support staff about it and now i am worried for ban and will have to question if i will get banned for rest of my life. in worst case my entire device could get banned
You can still redeem codes from Argentina. Only thing I noticed that games from Argentina/Turkey released around march 2024 aren’t added to websites like ENEBA or Gamivo. I think something happend there that doesn’t make it possible to buy keys anymore.
Maybe something who knows more about it can explain it. I want to know what changed. Are there maybe other country’s with cheaper prices that are still selling new games ?
It’s cheaper to buy from Turkey now. Use gift cards. Even cheaper than getting keys from eneba etc.
