It allowed but if you buy from another region you need a vpn when you try redeem the code, I would suggest eneba, but prices have already gone up on all there packs.

I got Harley of eneba like 6 months ago, nothing bad happened :slight_smile:

I got Harley for $5 on eneba, worked out fine for me. Never heard of anyone being banned, you’re not doing anything wrong
