For context, got this error suddenly when using Chrome. Just wondering if this is Google’s step into trying to get uBlock origin disabled.

Please don’t spread misinformation if you don’t have any actual evidence to back up your claims.

Chromium is open-source, so you can check the code to see exactly when and why this error message pops up.

According to the Twitter thread I linked below, it’s likely you were messing about with the extension, that caused a bunch of reloading, which in turn caused this message to be shown.

The message itself, and its triggers have been in the code for 10+ years.

Use Brave browser instead. It’s based on chromium so if you’re using chrome, you might as well ditch it and use Brave instead.

Personally it’s always given me issues.

I forgot what one I’m using actively as I’m not on my computer atm but it works great on YouTube and my other sites
